Personality/Biography:

Eiji has grown up, and his insecurities from his teenage years have all but disappeared. He can still doubt himself from time to time, but not as often nowadays, and he's grown more comfortable with himself and who he is. He's still very much a human who lives in the now, and his mood shifts from upbeat to quiet and thoughtful without warning, but he's no longer likely to throw temper tantrums when things doesn't go his way, or blow things out of proportion in the blink of an eye.

He can still act selfish, something that manifested itself through the fact that he, when he was eighteen, refused to come to his sister's wedding, because he didn't approve of her husband-to-be, and because of the man didn't approve of Eiji being more or less openly gay. Since that day, he has rarely spoken with his sister, but as she chose such a bigot for a husband, he feels it's her loss, not his.

Eiji mostly is happy-go-lucky and a good friend, who likes to take it easy and kick back, enjoying the infinite possibilities that have opened up for him as he has reached adulthood. He talks readily and freely to anyone who cares to listen (and also to some people who don't) and he prefers not to dwell on things. He knows that should he let something get to him, he can really fall into a slump - like he did when he was in Junior High and had his fall-out with Oishi before they played against Higa - and it can take quite a bit to pull him up from it.
